Before requesting a proposal

How do pricing and travel work?
Tell us about the project, its size and where the images will appear. We are based in Rio de Janeiro and work throughout Brazil, with travel and logistics included in each proposal, drawn up after we study the project.
Who owns the rights to the photos?
The license follows the destination of the images — studio portfolio, editorial publication, development marketing or third parties — and is detailed in the proposal, under the Brazilian Copyright Act (Law 9,610/1998). Files are delivered retouched in high resolution, with a web-optimized version.
What is the timeline and what do I receive?
Every shoot goes through selection and post-production that preserve the light, colour, texture and atmosphere of the space. Delivery happens in an online gallery, within the standard 7 to 10 business days after the shoot.
How should the space look on shoot day?
We guide preparation ahead of time: cleaning, styling, checking bulbs and small repairs. We also study the orientation of the space to photograph each room in its best light.
Do you photograph buildings under construction?
Yes. We document construction in stages and photograph completed developments, scheduling visits around the building timeline.
